This is a place where your ideas matter, your curiosity is encouraged, and your career can accelerate alongside the company''s momentum.About the RoleWe are currently seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor to support our Osborne Park HSEQ team on a fixedterm one year contract. Reporting to the HSEQ Manager, your key duties will include but will not be limited to:Key Responsibilitiesh3>Track, analyze, and report global monthly HSEQ KPIs using APD and customer systems for telecommunications projects.Support the subcontractor onboarding process and documentation through APD management systems, ensuring compliance with telecommunications industry requirements.Coordinate, monitor, and track compliance with internal HSEQ policies and external regulatory requirements relevant to telecommunications operations.Drive followup and closure of action items from clients and subcontractors.Assist in producing customer KPI reports as per telecommunications client requirements.Coordinate the sharing of best practices, lessons learned, and corrective actions across telecommunications projects.Enforce HSEQ policies, procedures, and projectspecific requirements within telecommunications work scopes.Update and maintain all relevant HSE records within APD data management systems.Support senior management with client prequalification requirements for telecommunications projects.Oversee new starters'' training and induction requirements, including uniform and PPE issuance, plus ongoing training updates relevant to telecommunications operations.Attend prejob, planning, and other client meetings as required.Conduct HSE audits and inspections across telecommunications sites and activities.RequirementsMin 8 years'' experience within a similar roleCert IV or Diploma Work Health SafetyCert IV in Training and Assessment desirablePossess a valid WA Manual Drivers LicenseExcellent written communication and interpersonal skillsSound computer literacy with word processing, spreadsheets, and HSEQ software systemsExcellent organisational and time management skillsSound ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities and complex problem solvingExperience auditing construction projects as well as a possessing a formal Auditor qualification. Lead Auditor desirableExperience managing and investigating incidents utilising the ICAM methodology. Formal lead investigator training requiredProven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders of the businessLocation:This role is based in Osborne Park, Western Australia, with opportunities to work from both Osborne Park and St Georges Terrace offices and lab environments in the CBD.
