This role blends deep demand generation craft with the ability to build a nuanced understanding of the unique dynamics of construction projects. You''ll combine solid marketing fundamentals with curiosity, experimentation, and a willingness to engage deeply with the challenges of our industry.In this role, you willBuild on a solid foundation. You''ll inherit a rare combination of starting components. In our established markets (UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand), we have solid productmarket fit evidenced by enterprisewide adoption across major contractors and passionate customer advocates. We also have a powerful library of case studies, industry voices on our podcast, and true evangelists who organically share Aphex. You''ll use this foundation to expand awareness and demand, while contributing to exciting growth into emerging markets where early testing and validation are already underway.Collaborate across teams. Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to understand the challenges and needs of the engineers planning the projects that shape our world helping ensure marketing efforts consistently ladder up to real customer truths.Drive hypothesisdriven thinking in GTM. Use a loop of hypothesis experiment feedback iteration to refine our approach. You''ll adapt to differences across project types (rail, bridges, hospitals), contractor tiers (T1/T2), and market maturity. You''ll help us ask the right questions and turn insights into action.Lead digital marketing. Manage our APAC digital marketing engine with an initial focus on LinkedIn Ads. You''ll build on the solid foundations already laid, working with our designer, UKbased demand gen manager, and crossfunctional teams to ideate, launch, and iterate on campaigns.You''ll drive brand awareness and lead generation especially through lead enrichment and smart use of tools, including AIenabled workflows (e.g., Clay) to scale and personalise campaigns.Leverage concepts like ABM.
