This business has seen massive growth in the baby product category and is now looking for a Social Media Lead to take their digital presence to the next level.It''s a full-time, permanent role in the inner west of Melbourne with hybrid working and $105-115k incl Super.ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute the organic social strategy (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)Be comfortable in front of the camera for ad-hoc videos and BTS content, working alongside the Founder and in-house videographer on lifestyle campaignsInfluencer management (approx. 30-40% of the role), from micro-influencer outreach and UGC coordination to high-level negotiations with agentsQualificationsYou have a proven track record of growing organic social channels (TikTok & Instagram) for a brand in a commercial environmentInfluencer experience is ideal but training can be given if neededYou''re comfortable being on camera for ad-hoc contentYou can think strategically, but aren''t afraid to get your hands dirty shooting and editing contentData-driven, using social analytics tools to optimise campaignsA broad social media & influencer role that allows you to take ownership and make an impactRapidly growing business that''s expanding internationallyA lovely team and great cultureImportant: You must possess full Australian working rights to be considered.If this sounds like you, apply now!
