In this full-time role, you''ll be responsible for programming and operating CNC laser machinery to produce precision components that meet strict quality standards.You''ll work hands-on with industry-leading equipment, contribute to workflow efficiency, and play a key role in continuous improvement initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive company where your skills and ideas are valued.What''s on offer:40-hour week, Monday to ThursdayWork with modern machinery in a clean, organised, and safety-conscious facility.Be part of a supportive, skilled, and passionate team.Enjoy job security with a growing company and long-term projects.Key Responsibilities:Program and operate CNC laser cutting machines to manufacture components with accuracy and efficiency.Set up, adjust, and optimise machine parameters for maximum productivity and material utilisation.Perform routine maintenance and first-level troubleshooting to minimise downtime.Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.Record and report production output, machine performance, and any operational issues.Collaborate with team members to improve processes and meet production targets.Assist with loading and unloading materials as part of a hands-on team approach.Uphold safe work practices and actively contribute to a safety-first culture.About You:Proven experience as a CNC laser operator or similar manufacturing role.Strong understanding of CNC machine operation and programming.High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.Mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills for equipment issues.Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.Current forklift licence (or willingness to obtain).Valid driver''s licence and reliable transport.At ARB, we''re not just a brand; we''re a lifestyle.
