Centacare is seeking an experienced and motivated Educator for Fixed Term, Full-Time contract role to support high-quality service delivery through engaging, practical, and evidence-based training. Reporting to the Head of Learning and Development, you will:Plan and deliver high-quality training across induction, mandatory requirements, and role or site-specific needs, using a range of delivery modesDesign, develop, and update training and assessment resources to meet industry, compliance, and organisational standardsApply competency-based learning and assessment frameworks (digital and face-to-face)Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve training effectiveness through feedback and consultationIdentify emerging industry trends, training gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvementProvide targeted training in areas such as Supported Independent Living Services (SILS) and respond to identified practice or quality issuesCollaborate with internal stakeholders, Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), and external providersProvide subject matter expertise to support incidents, audits, projects, compliance reviews, and operational implementationContribute to organisational policy, procedure, and practice development through research and expert inputIdentify and elevate risks to client safety and wellbeing, and support preventative strategies and service improvementsAbout YouYou will bring strong professional credibility, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for adult learning.
