Supermarket Area Manager - Remote NT StoresWe are seeking an experienced Supermarket Area Manager to lead a portfolio of remote community supermarket stores across the NT.About the OrganisationThe Arnhem Land Progress Aboriginal Corporation (ALPA) is Australia''s largest First Nations corporation, employing more than 1,400 people across 26 remote communities in the Northern Territory and Queensland. We create longterm economic independence and meaningful opportunities for First Nations people through our Retail, Community Services, Enterprise and Corporate divisions.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Supermarket Area Manager to lead a portfolio of remote community supermarket stores across the NT. This role provides the chance to work closely with Store Managers to drive operational performance, commercial results and meaningful community outcomes.Reporting to the Group Operations Manager, you''ll partner with our Merchandise and Nutrition Teams to improve sales, product mix and nutritional impact.
