Leading Hand (Macadamia Dehusking and Fruit Packing) On-SiteSummerland Farm is seeking a capable and organised Dehusking & Fruit Packing Leading Hand to support the daily operations of our macadamia dehusking facility and fruit packing shed. These are fast-paced post-harvest environments where safety, speed, quality, and strong team leadership are critical.In this role, you''ll lead a small team across receiving, dehusking, grading, packing, labelling, traceability and general production flow. You''ll support employees and seasonal workers, maintain compliance with HARPS, Freshcare and NDIS requirements, and ensure production targets, quality standards, and workflow efficiency are met.
