You''ll play a key role in shaping Arup''s strategic direction, supporting the development of our environmental business, and differentiating our service offering in the marketplace. This position offers the opportunity to lead impactful projects locally and across the Asia Pacific region in sectors including transport, cities, resources, defence, buildings, and energy.The OpportunityLead the business development and delivery of Arup''s SA environmental services, driving strategic growth and client engagement.Manage the successful delivery of complex environmental assessments and approvals for major infrastructure projects.Support the expansion of Arup''s sustainability and climate resilience offerings across multidisciplinary teams.Collaborate with business leaders to secure new opportunities, shape proposals, and build longterm client relationships.Foster team growth by mentoring staff, supporting recruitment, and promoting a strong, inclusive and innovative team culture.At Arup, you belong to an extraordinary collective in which we encourage individuality to thrive.
