Our work empowers regulatory teams to present cases with clarity and impact in courts and other decisionmaking bodies.Flexible location All locations consideredSalary between $97,401 - $115,820 (depending on experience) plus 15.4% superannuationPermanent roleApplications close at 11:59pm AEDT, 10 February 2026The teamThe Evidence Services team provides evidence collection, management and analysis services using various databases and litigation support tools to assist ASIC''s regulatory teams to review and present evidence in courts and other bodies.The roleAs a Consulting Analyst, You WillPartner with investigation teams to apply evidence review strategies and advanced analytics.Advise on evidence management, prepare briefs for criminal, civil, and administrative matters using Nuix Discover and related tools.Train and support teams in effective use of ASIC''s evidence systems, while maintaining and administering them to bestpractice standards.Showcase strong data and digital skills with databases, analytics, reporting tools, and diverse data sources.Collaborate nationally, share solutions, and build strong stakeholder relationships.Drive improvements in the quality and efficiency of evidence analysis.About YouWe are seeking candidates with demonstrated experience in consulting, eDiscovery, and evidence management gained in a professional services firm, law firm, or enforcement agency. Qualifications in law, information technology, or data science will be highly regarded.Candidates should also have strong technical expertise in litigation support software such as Nuix Discover, Nuix Workstation, EDT, Access Data, Relativity, or similar platforms. Awareness of computer forensics principles is desirable and will be considered an advantage.You Will Also DemonstrateExperience consulting across investigations or litigation, including eDiscovery, Technology Assisted Review, and evidence preparation for courts and eTrials.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to set expectations, respond to complex enquiries, and resolve issues effectively.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to present complex information clearly and build industry networks.Ability to work independently, take accountability for outcomes, and deliver results with limited supervisionView the position description for more information or click ''apply'' to start your application.
