You will:Plan and prepare daily meals including breakfast, morning tea, lunch and afternoon teaCater for dietary requirements including allergies, intolerances and anaphylaxisPlan nutritionally balanced menus aligned with the Healthy Together Achievement ProgramMaintain food safety, hygiene and kitchen compliance standardsManage stock ordering and adhere to budget guidelinesEngage with educators, children and families to foster a strong sense of communityAbout YouCertificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher)Food Safety Supervisor & Safe Food Handling certificatesPrevious childcare experience preferredStrong understanding of dietary requirements and food safety standardsExcellent time management and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and maintain a clean, functional kitchenStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Current Working With Children CheckFirst Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)Connect, Learn & Grow with AspireAt Aspire, our vision is to shape a positive future for children through our grow, learn and connect curriculum.
