You''ll be across both the office and workshop helping plan, delegate and jump in when needed. If you know your way around crushers and enjoy leading from the front this is for you.What You Need: Experience with fixed plant gear is a must crushers, screens, conveyors, all the good stuff. If you''ve already been in a leading hand or supervisor role even better. You''ll need solid communication skills and the confidence to manage jobs and people.What You Get: Fully maintained work ute and a role with plenty of autonomy we back our people to run the show without micromanagement.The Extras: Monday to Friday only, no weekend work.
