Your leadership will focus on strengthening execution, embedding consistent ways of working, and aligning teams around a shared direction. This includes leading performance across clinical, financial, and cultural domains, and setting a tone of calm, clear, and consistent leadership. The role requires someone who can provide strategic clarity and disciplined follow-through ensuring people feel heard, respected, and involved, while seeing decisions made and executed.You will partner closely with VMOs, staff, and external stakeholders to drive site-based initiatives and deliver private growth outcomes.
