OverviewStarting at $175,000 per year + performance bonusAbout the roleThis is a senior leadership opportunity to join FinCap Australia as Head of Treasury & Operations, playing a central role in the build and scale of FinCap''s Private Asset Managed Account (PAMA) platform.The role is responsible for how investor capital is managed, structured and scaled across private market strategies. You will lead treasury, liquidity and trust operations, working closely with senior investment and client leadership to build robust, scalable infrastructure that supports platform growth. Over time, the role has a clear pathway to broader group finance leadership, including Group CFO responsibility.The position is full time and based in Melbourne, with flexibility during the platform build phase.What you''ll be doingLead all treasury and trust operations across the PAMA platform, with accountability for investor cash flows, liquidity and capital structuringDesign and manage liquidity frameworks, including contribution and withdrawal windows, interim allocations and FX managementOversee the establishment and operation of SPV and unit trust structures, ensuring regulatory, fiduciary and governance standards are metBuild scalable treasury processes, controls and reporting as the platform growsPartner with Portfolio & Investment Solutions to align liquidity management with portfolio construction and analyticsWork closely with Client Partnerships to support investor onboarding, cash flow management and redemption requirementsEngage with trustees, custodians, administrators, banks and external advisersContribute to group level cash flow planning and broader FinCap initiatives, including future liquidity solutions and secondary market activityWhat we''re looking for10 to 15 years'' experience in treasury, finance or fund operations, ideally within funds management, asset management or financial servicesStrong expertise in cash and liquidity management, treasury operations and FX processesDeep experience with trust and SPV structures, including governance and complianceCommercial mindset with the ability to build and scale processes in a growing platform environmentConfidence operating at senior stakeholder level with executives, trustees and external service providersCA or CPA qualification required, with further governance or management qualifications viewed favourablyUnderstanding of liquidity structuring across private equity, private credit and real estate or infrastructure strategiesWhat we offerYou will join a growing private markets platform at a formative stage, with genuine ownership over treasury architecture and operating design.
