We''re passionate about creating engaging, safe and fun environments where children can thrive outside of school hours and we pride ourselves on putting children, families and our team at the heart of everything we do.We''re currently seeking 2 experienced and motivated Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Centre Manager''s to lead our vibrant services at Boolaroo Public School and Speers Point Public School located in Greater Newcastle, NSW.About the Role As a Centre Manager, you''ll lead the daily operations of your OSHC service, support a team of passionate Educator''s, create meaningful programs, build strong community relationships and ensure quality care before school, after school, and during holidays.You''ll work across split shifts Monday to Friday, please see below for individual service breakdowns.BOOLAROO PUBLIC SCHOOLBefore School Care: 7.00am to 9.00amAfter School Care: 3.00pm to 5.45pmTotal hours per week: 38 (including admin time)SPEERS POINT PUBLIC SCHOOLBefore School Care: 6.30am to 8.30amAfter School Care: 3.00pm to 6.00pmTotal hours per week: 38 (including admin time)Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the daily operations of an OSHC service.Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate programs.Build positive relationships with families, schools and the wider community.Ensure compliance with NQF, regulatory requirements and internal policies.Manage enrolments, staffing rosters, budgets and service administration.About You You''re a confident and capable leader with a genuine passion for working with children and supporting your team.
