It partners closely with leaders to plan for a sustainable workforce, attract and retain the right people, and ensure they have the skills, tools and support to succeed in their roles.The opportunityReporting to the Chief People Officer, the Senior Workplace Relations Lead operates as part of an ER/IR Centre of Excellence, providing expert advice and leadership across the organisation. This is a senior, handson role with responsibility for both strategic and operational workplace relations matters. This is a flexible, homebased role offering autonomy and worklife balance, with travel to key sites and stakeholder meetings as required to support leaders across our national footprint.>Leading complex workplace relations case management, investigations and grievancesProviding expert advice on disciplinary processes, terminations and complianceLeading enterprise bargaining processes endtoend and union negotiationsRepresenting the organisation in tribunals, conciliation and conferencesDrafting notices, pleadings and managing employmentrelated litigationDeveloping and embedding workplace relations frameworks, policies and toolsCoaching and upskilling People Partners and leaders in ER best practiceMonitoring legislative changes and advising on impacts to the organisationAbout youYou are a confident and credible workplace relations specialist who thrives in complex, fastpaced environments and enjoys partnering with senior leaders.
