We focus on delivering consistent service while adapting to our diverse guest needs, from corporate functions to leisure dining.ResponsibilitiesLeading and coordinating the F&B team on shift to deliver personalised service for our guests and visitorsDriving brand standards and valuing our service behaviour of Daring to ConnectAssisting with managing/planning rosters and absences to optimise operational efficiency with an understanding of labour cost controls/budgetsTaking action to solve guest problems/complaints and use established guidelines for any service recovery to ensure guest satisfactionRecruitment, onboarding and training of all new F&B colleagues to help give them a great startWorking as a team and communicate and co-ordinate with other departments to ensure excellent quality and serviceDriving initiatives to improve colleague satisfaction and engagement including coaching, mentoring and developing team membersPerforming opening or closing duties as requiredManage C&E events on shift.
