As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support and lead our centres across Northern and North-Western Melbourne and Regional Victoria.About the RoleThe Operations Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for the performance, quality, and compliance of multiple early learning centres. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will work closely with Centre Directors to drive quality outcomes, team development, and sustainable growth.This role requires regular travel between centres, including regional visits to Shepparton.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to Centre ManagersOversee centre operations, compliance, and quality outcomesEnsure centres meet or exceed National Quality Standards (NQS) and regulatory requirementsDrive occupancy, enrolments, and financial performanceSupport recruitment, onboarding, and performance managementConduct regular centre visits, audits, and quality reviewsImplement policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiativesAct as the key communication link between centres and head officeSupport new centre openings and transitions as requiredAbout YouProven experience as an Operations Manager, Area Manager, or similar leadership role in Early ChildhoodStrong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), NQS, and regulatory requirementsExcellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple sites and priorities effectivelyCommercially and operationally astuteWillingness to travel across metro and regional locationsValid Working With Children CheckRelevant Early Childhood qualifications (desirable)What We OfferCompetitive salary (negotiable based on experience)Company car providedSupportive and collaborative leadership teamOpportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple centresLong-term career growth within a growing organisationHow to ApplyIf you are a passionate and experienced early childhood leader looking to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
