We''re known for our relaxed but professional service, regular feature wines, and a team that enjoys learning and sharing what''s in the glass.We''re looking for a Supervisor who enjoys leading from the floor and has an interest in wine whether that''s already well-developed or something you''re keen to grow.About the roleThis is a hands-on supervisory role, working closely with the owners and management team to lead service and support the FOH team. Wine is an important part of what we do, and this role plays a key part in guiding guests through the list and helping the team grow in confidence around wine.Key responsibilities include:Leading lunch and dinner services on the floorActing as a point of reference for wine during serviceHelping train and support FOH staff in wine and service basicsMaintaining service standards and guest experienceAssisting with rosters, shift management and daily operationsHandling guest feedback professionally and with warmthSupporting opening/closing procedures and venue systemsAbout youExperience as a supervisor or senior waiter in a quality hospitality venueAn interest in wine and hospitality cultureComfortable talking to guests about wine (or keen to learn)Confident leading a team during busy servicesCalm, organised and detail-orientedStrong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitudeWhilst previous wine knowledge is preferred, what matters most is curiosity, confidence on the floor and a willingness to learn.
