We live by our values of People, Safety, Respect, Communication and Continuous Improvement, and we''re looking for someone who shares these values and leads by example every day.About the RoleLead the day-to-day operations of the Hire Room to ensure a seamless hire and transport experience for our customers.Oversee scheduling, allocation and billing of equipment to meet customer needs efficiently.Monitor inventory levels to maximise equipment availability.Maintain accurate records of hires, returns and maintenance.Ensure all documentation and processes meet company and compliance standards.Create a positive, supportive and high-performing team culture.Align team performance with business objectives while living our values in every interaction.Deliver exceptional customer service to both customers and internal teams.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.Ensure all operations meet safety regulations and company policies.Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.Work closely with the Sales team to identify and support new business opportunities.Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.This office based role works Monday to Friday 7am-5pmAbout YouYou''re an organised and hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting others to succeed.
