OverviewThe Boeing MQ-28A Ghost Bat is a globally-significant program that will deliver a disruptive advantage in airborne missions. Developed in partnership with the Royal Australian Air Force, it is the first military combat aircraft to be designed, manufactured and assembled in Australia in 50 years.ResponsibilitiesIndependently develop project planning and scheduling across multi-disciplinary teamsIndependently run the development, and continuous improvement of, Program Management processes and reportingSupports management of execution baselinesDevelop and co-ordinate execution for Production change management proposals and projectsDevelop and deliver effective project reporting to internal and external stakeholders on project performancePerform studies into potential solutions for Program challenges and provide the analysis to senior leadersAssess, identify and manage project Risk, Issues and OpportunitiesExperience/QualificationsExcellent written and verbal communications skills and attention to detailExperience in applying project management skills in a high functioning, fast-paced environmentDemonstrated proficiency in project management areas including all elements of scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration, supply chain and communication.High level communication and negotiation skills with a focus on building successful relationships with a broad range of stakeholdersA willingness to lean forward into problems and to drive continuous improvement.Formal tertiary qualifications and experience in manufacturing, engineering or supply chain management roles will be desirableNV1 clearance or ability to obtainApplicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements.What''s on offer?BDA provides people, expertise, process and tools to manage aircraft design, repair and continuing airworthiness capabilities supporting program execution and growth opportunities.
