This is an amazing chance to take the lead on a key role with your creative, resultsfocused approach.This bustling space features welding bays, a fully equipped polishing area, a powder coat line, CNC routers, cuttingedge docking saws, stamping, punching, crimping, surface finishing, machining, kitting, and assembly, along with a wide range of other advanced equipment.There''s no corporate BS here just real leadership, clear expectations, and a sharp focus on delivering quality outcomes.The RoleYou''ll oversee daily production, ensuring tasks are finished on time, quality remains topnotch, and safety is always front and center. Working alongside senior leaders, you''ll finetune workflows, mentor team leaders, and help build a positive, highenergy culture.
