Employment DetailsEmployment Type: Permanent, full-timeLocation: Hybrid working available (3 days in the office) with a base location in North RichmondUpload with Application: Resume & cover letterContact: Matt Claughton, Snr HR BP via email [email protected] the opportunityAs Group Organisational Development Consultant, you''ll use your experience and insight to develop and deploy programs to enhance the employee experience across Mercy Health.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee experience: Map the end-to-end employee lifecycle at Mercy health and develop initiatives to support the attraction, retention, performance and growth of a diverse, values-based, mission-led and purpose driven workforce.Recognition: Provide equitable and inclusive formal and informal pathways for our people to be recognised and appreciated for their work.Performance management: Act as subject matter expert on the Performance Development Review (PDR) process across Mercy Health''s clinical and non-clinical roles.Staff wellbeing: Collaborate with relevant departments to implement the Staff Wellbeing Framework.Manager development: Improve the quality and skills of our managers and build programs to support new manager orientation and succession.Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior leaders, including Executives and their leadership teams, to implement employee experience initiatives.Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and refine OD programs based on data and employee feedback.Deliver high-quality resources: In conjunction with the Senior Group OD Consultant, develop and provide resources, such as Exec and Board papers, briefings, presentations and guides to support organisational development initiatives.What you''ll bringA positive, solutions-focused attitude with a strong sense of initiative.Proven ability to navigate and deliver outcomes in complex, ambiguous, and evolving environments.Strong project and change management capability, with a track record of successful implementation.Proactive and engaging communication skills, adept in developing impactful resources, content, and presentations.A track record of strong stakeholder relationships and ability to maintain open, effective communication to resolve issues and remove barriers to success.A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.You''ll also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:A current Police Record CheckReady to help us shape the future of healthcare?Join us and make a meaningful difference in people''s lives - and your career.Are you ready to apply for this role?
