We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse worker to join our team at Promotional Centre in Carrum Downs, VIC. This is a Full Time role.We are seeking an experienced Warehouse assistant Manager to lead our fast-paced e-commerce and wholesale warehouse operation. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of warehouse activities, from inwards goods through to customer dispatch, while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with warehouse policies and procedures.You will manage people, systems, and processes in a high-volume environment, working closely with internal teams and external logistics partners to ensure seamless order fulfilment.What you''ll be doingPicking and packing customer orders in an efficient and accurate mannerManaging inwards and outwards goodsLead, train and motivate warehouse staff to meet productivity and accuracy targetsReport to the Ops manager, workloads and labour planning to meet operational demand, oversee the casual workers and their hoursProvide clear direction, coaching and performance feedbackFoster a culture of accountability, safety and continuous improvementEnsure all warehouse policies, procedures and SOPs are followed and kept up to dateMaintain compliance with WHS requirements and safe work practicesProactively identify risks and implement corrective actionsEnsuring all goods are safely and securely stored in the warehouseMaintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the warehouseAssisting with the loading and unloading of delivery vehiclesFollowing all health and safety protocols to keep the workplace safeHelping to arrange a new picking system within the warehouse structureWhat we''re looking forProven experience as a Warehouse Manager or Senior Warehouse Supervisor within e-commerce or wholesale of at least 3 yearsStrong end-to-end understanding of warehouse operations and fulfilment workflowsExperience managing inwards and outwards goods in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated people leadership experience, including rostering and performance managementHigh level of attention to detail, organisation and problem-solving skillsConfident communicator with the ability to work cross-functionallyMust have Forklift licenseGood physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy itemsA can-do attitude and a willingness to work as part of a teamAn understanding of pickers and packers responsibilitiesDONT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT A FULL RESIDENT.What we offerCompetitive hourly rateA supportive and collaborative work environmentAbout usPromotional Centre is a leading provider of promotional products, licensed products and merchandise.
