Expect a great investment in your career development with access to industry events, conferences, strategic initiatives and more while you work alongside a great team.About the roleThis is a pivotal role which involves driving new sales initiatives to continue growing the business and generating new sales leads.Your gained understanding of the aged care industry and Sandwai''s system and processes will enable you to uncover provider''s challenges, connect with them and educate them on our products and position Sandwai as the best solution for their needs.ResponsibilitiesHelp drive the success of the national sales initiatives and activities.Build strong relationships with prospective customers and industry partners throughout the sales cycle.Qualify and follow up on inbound sales enquiries in a timely and professional manner.Deliver tailored online software demonstrations that clearly communicate value to different stakeholders.Understand customer needs, operational challenges, and compliance requirements to position Sandwai as the right solution.Prepare and manage quotes, proposals and responses to requests for information (RFIs/RFPs).Guide prospective customers through the decision-making process, from initial enquiry through to signed Terms of Use.Work closely with the implementation team to ensure smooth handover once sale is closed.Maintain accurate, up to date records of sales activity, pipeline and forecasts in the CRM.Represent Sandwai at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities.Provide structured customer feedback and insights to the product team to support continuous improvement.Liaise with the team and lead marketing initiatives and activities.Skills and experienceProven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and convert them to successful sales.Clear and confident communicator, able to influence stakeholders and drive growth.Ability to understand complex systems and explain them to customers in an inviting way.Self-driven and comfortable working autonomously with the judgement to know when to collaborate or escalate.Working At SandwaiAt Sandwai, we value the wellbeing of our team first and foremost.
