Our Digital & CX team, part of the Marketing & Growth business unit, leads the development and management of digital channels to ensure our members and employers are serviced effectively in a constantly evolving environment.The OpportunityAs Senior Manager, CX, you will lead UniSuper''s enterprise-wide Customer Experience (CX) function, managing a multi-disciplinary team of Service and Experience Designers. You''ll drive bestinclass CX outcomes, champion design excellence, and foster a highperforming, collaborative culture. Working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders, you''ll identify opportunities for CX uplift, facilitate engagement, and ensure the highest standards in design and delivery.Key responsibilities include:Establish and lead a Centre of Excellence for CX, building a collaborative and positive team culture.Develop clear pathways for team member career growth and skill enhancement.Ensure all CX work demonstrates craft excellence and supports team capability growth.Champion accessibility, ensuring digital experiences meet WCAG 2.2 AA compliance.Build deep product, business, and industry understanding within the CX team.Ensure delivery stays on track, balancing craft integrity with practical constraints.Manage the CX operational budget and contribute to annual budget planning.Engage proactively across the business to identify design needs early and contribute to strategic programs.You will be the public face of CX, championing it internally and externally, and helping position UniSuper as an employer of choice in the wider market.About YouYou are an experienced leader in experience design, passionate about driving CX excellence and building highperforming teams. You bring:8+ years in experience design roles (web/mobile applications).3+ years in senior design leadership, preferably in corporate or agency settings.Excellent communication skills, able to present to senior stakeholders.Proven ability to influence and lead in complex environments.Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and empathy.Experience with largescale enterprises, superannuation, or financial services is highly regarded.Degree qualifications in design, psychology, arts, or communication are wellregarded but not mandatory.Experience in iOS/Android app development, SPA applications, and Sitecore CMS is desirable.You are honest, selfreflective, and comfortable leading by example.
