ANZ operates under the APAC region with branches across Australia and New Zealand.As the Head of Supply & Distribution ANZ, you will shape and lead the endtoend supply chain and distribution strategy while serving as a key member of the Leadership Team. This role requires proven experience within a multinational environment, within the capital equipment sector, where operational excellence and customer delivery are critical. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders, global partners, and key external stakeholders to optimize performance and ensure our supply and distribution capabilities directly enable Tennant''s longterm growth and organizational priorities.RESPONSIBILITIESProvide strategic leadership for the ANZ Supply and Distribution function, setting clear direction and aligning operational objectives with overall business strategy.Own endtoend forecasting and demand planning to ensure optimal alignment between inventory, logistics, production schedules, and customer requirements.Lead and execute the monthly S&OP process, establishing optimal inventory targets, identifying risks, trends, and variances, and presenting actionable insights to senior stakeholders.Maintain full accountability for the Supply and Distribution financial budget, including annual planning, cost control, variance analysis, and corrective action implementation.Lead, coach, and develop a highperforming, crossfunctional team spanning Supply Planning, Inventory, Warehouse, PreDelivery, and Distribution.Design and implement workflow optimization initiatives to streamline order fulfilment, inventory management, transportation, and distribution processes.Develop and maintain robust operational systems and processes, leveraging SAP S/4HANA, IBP, BW reporting, and industry best practices to drive efficiency, data integrity, and waste reduction.Champion continuous improvement initiatives, including Root Cause Analysis and Value Stream Mapping, to enhance productivity, asset utilization, and service performance.Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs covering DIFOT performance, workflow efficiency, inventory health, and team productivity, ensuring clear accountability across the organization.Liaise closely with global production facilities to ensure timely inbound supply of machines and parts while maintaining optimal stock and safety stock parameters across ANZ.Oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations, optimizing transport routes and managing courier and logistics partners to achieve cost efficiency and service excellence. Govern inventory management protocols including stock takes, rotation, adjustments, conversions, and allocations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Ensure all Supply and Distribution activities meet safety standards and legal requirements, leading safety initiatives and promoting a strong safetyfirst culture across ANZ operations.KEY CRITERIA10+ years'' experience in supply chain, distribution, logistics with a solid track record in a leadership role.Proven ability to set and execute endtoend supply chain and distribution strategies that enable organizational growth and operational excellence.Deep knowledge of forecasting, demand and distribution operations within a multinational environmentideally in capital equipment or related industrial sectors.Experience contributing at a senior leadership level and influencing enterprisewide decisionmaking.Proficiency in SAP S4 is essential in this role.Experience with inventory planning and analytic tools is highly advantageous.Knowledge of process improvement frameworks (Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma) and safety regulations.Strong business acumen.Strong knowledge of WHS practices.ON OFFERGym membership subsidy of your choiceSupport for Career progressionFlexible work environmentAccess to medical professionals provided by TennantDE&I STATEMENTOur employees are the heart of our business, and without them, we would not be who we are today.
