Elderly Care is a leading provider of aged care services, committed to delivering exceptional care to our residents. We are currently looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team and ensure the efficient operation and performance of our aged care facilities.This position will lead and manage a total of 5 care homes on the Brisbane north side to Bundaberg. Frequent travel between Ashgrove, Stafford, Sunshine Coast, Bundaberg and PT Vernon is essential to optimise the operational excellence. The Operations Manager will be reporting to the Chief Operating Officer who is based at the Head Office in Carina Heights.As the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving the performance of our aged care facilities through your leadership of the teams. You will be responsible for ensuring financial and operational targets are met, maintaining compliance with aged care accreditation standards, and leading a team of Facility Managers to deliver highquality care services.
