Our vision is to become the number one partner of choice for digital transformation in harsh, industrial environments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage complex travel, including itineraries, visas, expenses, and in-transit meetingsMaintain daily contact with the EVP and monitor urgent matters during travelTrack and follow up EVP tasks and actions with a live ''to-do'' listOversee EVP and SVP calendar management, including corporate reporting deadlinesPrepare high-quality emails, reports, presentations, meeting minutes and newslettersMonitor the EVP''s inbox, respond to correspondence, and send communications on their behalfCoordinate key meetings: EMT, Budget Reviews, Town Halls, one-on-ones, and moreLiaise with EVP direct reports and track deliverables, locations, and meeting schedulesMaintain corporate calendars and communication plansEnsure effective systems, office processes, and confidential records are maintainedApprove internal requests (e.g. travel, leave) on behalf of the EVPContinuously look for ways to improve workflows and processesWhat will you bring to the role?5+ years'' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executivesDemonstrated experience managing complex calendars, communications, and high-volume workflowsHighly organised with strong prioritisation skills and attention to detailConfident with Microsoft Office and executive systems (e.g. expense and travel platforms)Ability to work independently and across multiple office locationsHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and judgementPositive, proactive, and adaptable mindsetAbout usMST Global is an Australian-founded company operating globally across six continents and is now part of the Komatsu Group.
