This role sits at the heart of our production operation, ensuring materials, inventory, and logistics flow smoothly to keep our plant running at pace.About the roleReporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will lead a small team of warehouse operators while remaining actively involved on the floor. This is not a deskbased role. You will be accountable for daily warehouse operations, safety, inventory accuracy, and team coordination in a highvolume manufacturing environment.You will play a key role in:Leading and coordinating daytoday warehouse activities to support production schedulesReceiving, storing, picking, and dispatching materials accurately and efficientlyMaintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock movements, and SAP transactionsAllocating work on the floor and optimising labour to meet operational demandEnsuring the warehouse remains safe, organised, and compliant with OHS standardsSupporting and coaching warehouse operators, including training signoff and shift handoversWorking closely with production, supply chain, and logistics partners to resolve issues quicklyWhat we are looking forThis role will suit someone who enjoys leading by example and thrives in an operational environment.You will bring:Proven experience as a Warehouse Team Leader, Supervisor, or senior operator in a manufacturing or logistics settingA handson leadership style with the ability to coordinate and motivate a teamStrong working knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP/WMSA current forklift licence and confidence operating mobile plant (high reach experience preferred)Solid organisational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise in a fastmoving environmentA strong safety mindset and commitment to maintaining a clean, orderly warehouseA stable, permanent role within a global manufacturing organisationA supportive leadership team that values practical problemsolving and continuous improvementModern manufacturing facilities and systemsGenuine opportunities to develop your leadership capability and grow your careerA workplace recognised nationally for culture, engagement, and inclusionAdditional informationThis is a physically active, handson role within a manufacturing environment.
