You would be joining our highly regarded organisation to lead, oversee and manage our Residential Aged Care and Home Care Services. Reporting to the CEO and working with a small dedicated senior leadership team, the successful applicant will be responsible for the care, service and business outcomes and compliance for the areas of responsibility. Leading a team of passionate, competent and forward-looking people, this position requires a high degree of knowledge, experience and understanding of Residential Aged Care and Home Care services, including current policies, legislation and statutory requirements and business acumen that pertain to this sector.The successful applicant will have demonstrated skills and experience in operational management and strategy, clinical governance along with a strong commitment to customer service and delivery. An ability to prioritise resources and management within a regulated and fiscally controlled environment with budget constraints.Demonstrated experience working as a role model, leader and manager of teams. That extends to being a MYVISTA ambassador promoting and enhancing the organisation''s existing excellent reputation as an employer and service provider of choice.Ability to work a high-level of independence and autonomy when required.Demonstrated experience in managing customer and workforce feedback, to drive high-level services and continuous improvement to align with the organisation''s strategic goals, operations and compliance outcomes.
