As a registered NDIS service provider, we offer high care services, including private in-home care and nursing, through to social support and daily living assistance.Led by our Nurse Manager and supported by our in-house 24/7 clinical on-call service, our Registered Nurses, Clinical Nurses, and Clinical Nurse Consultants work as a team supporting each other and advancing in their careers together.About the RoleWhen you''re part of a dedicated nursing team supporting individuals with bladder and bowel dysfunction, every day is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.Conduct comprehensive continence assessments and develop individualised management plansDeliver evidence-based interventions for bladder and bowel dysfunctionEducate clients, carers, and families on continence care strategies and product useCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams including GPs and allied health professionalsSupport clients to access continence products through funding schemes (e.g., CAPS, NDIS)Promote awareness and education in continence management to health professionals and the communityMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and reportsContribute to service development and clinical quality improvementProvide mentoring or professional guidance to nursing staff as neededWe are currently seeking a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Continence Clinical Nurse to join our growing team.
