Dine outside under the stars surrounded by lush tropical gardens, or inside with an elegant, romantic atmosphere.ResponsibilitiesPrepare bar for service: adequate supplies of glassware, drinks, bottles, garnishes; fonts and post-mix inspected and fully operational;POS operational with float accounted for; etcServe guests Beer, Wine and Spirits in accordance with venue guest service guidelines and policies;Prepare coffees and hot drinks as requested;Promote the bar food and drink menu items;Maintain equipment and advise on repairs or improvements needed for greater efficiency;Washing glassware and utensils after each use;Handling money and giving customers change when necessary;Replace beer kegs when necessary;Maintain replenished stock levels in fridges, freezers and fruit containers for cocktails;Maintain a safe work environment by complying with health and safety regulations;Mix and prepare different varieties of cocktails and drinks for customersAbout youAt least 1 year of experience as Bar Attendant;Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits and drinks;Job type: Permanent/full-timeSalary: $65,000 - $75,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr
