Job Description

We are looking for TechnologyOne Business Consultants to join our team. You will work closely with our clients, analyse different approaches, evaluate solutions, and utilise the best method to meet our client''s requirement efficiently.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist client''s in defining their business requirements.Support clients with their business issues and business improvements.Utilise your skills to perform gap analysis between customer''s requirements and the capabilities of the TechnologyOne software.Assess, strategise, and manage deployments within the business applications team.Design, implement and deliver solutions to help optimise their business functions and enhance their experiences.Create change requests where enhancements are required.Work with resources to ensure the client is maximising the value from the system.Help our clients to simplify, optimise and modernise their business applications.Undertake an active involvement in the development of the product reference databases and identify and document potential internal developments to the TechnologyOne software.Contribute to the enhancement of inhouse delivery methodologies.Working ConditionsEmployment Type Permanent full time and Permanent Part Time.Office Location Can be performed from anywhere in Australia.Travel Opportunities Occasional business travel.What will make you successful in this role?2+ years'' TechnologyOne Consulting experience or similar experience as a user.2+ years'' experience in the design and implementation of business systems, specifically TechnologyOne CES, CI and CIA is a must.TechnologyOne Financials, HRP, Enterprise Asset Management / Project Lifecycle Management or Property and Rating skills are highly preferred.Experience and knowledge of documenting functional specifications and requirements artifacts.Experience in analysing customer''s requirements, understanding their needs, and advising them on how best to leverage their software investment.Ability to work with technical and nontechnical stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.Ability to work closely with, and build strong relationships with our clients.TechnologyOne technical skills are preferred, such as XLOne Reporting, BPA''s.Confidence in delivering facetoface or remote customer training to the broader audience.Ability to work within a team and build lasting relationships with our clients.Alignment with our company values.Demonstrated ability to be selfmotivated, organised and effectively solve problems.Efficient verbal and written communication skills.Drive for continuous improvement.Tertiary qualification in any related field.Why is this an exciting opportunity?Atturra is one of the fastest growing ASXlisted advisory and IT solutions companies in Australia, giving you a strong foundation to fulfil your career ambitions.
