Recruitment PartnerRemote-first | Melbourne required for events and occasional in-person timeThe RoleThis is not a standard recruitment role. And it''s very intentionally not for everyone.Kairos Recruitment partners with startups and scale-ups to hire across their business, from first hires through to growth-stage leadership. We work exclusively, embed deeply with founders, and take their employer brand to market under their company pages.We sit inside a wider startup ecosystem including Aussie Founders Club and PeopleStack (both run by me, Kairos'' Founder). That ecosystem drives warm, high-quality demand. No cold BD. No transactional agency work.I''m now looking for a Recruitment Partner to work alongside me as my first hire and help build the next phase of Kairos!Who Is This Role For?This role is for someone who wants to build an epic career in startups, not just "do recruitment".You might already be a strong resourcer. That means sourcing and engaging candidates across startup and scale-up roles, running screening calls, managing candidates end-to-end, and helping shape how great recruitment is actually done.You''ll operate autonomously, improve workflows where things are clunky, and take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks.
