We have a strong and proud history of delivering diverse projects on time and within budget and we embrace and execute our mission statement; ''To deliver safe, sustainable, high-quality projects and services which uphold our core values and the Austral Construction legacy''.We are currently seeking a site-based Site Administrator who has worked in Marine & Piling Construction to join our busy team on a 2/1 FIFO roster assisting with project and site administration and mobilisation. Reporting to the Supervisors on site, you will be responsible for the general onboarding coordination, arranging preemployment medicals, assisting with preparing and maintaining rosters, travel arrangements, procurement and ensuring internal and external requests are fulfilled and achieving all deadlines.ResponsibilitiesAssisting new starters by forecasting requirements and preparing for their arrivalOrganising employment paperwork, medicals and training where requiredOrdering and allocating Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)Arranging flights and accommodation for sitebased personnel, visitors and contractorsMaintaining and updating weekly rosters and staff registersMaintaining Timesheets and updating data for weekly wagesRaising purchase order requisitions as requiredNegotiating with suppliers, following up on orders and taking delivery of purchasesPosition requirementsMinimum 2 years'' experience in a mobilisation roleAccepting candidates Australia wideConstruction or mining industry mobilisation experience is essentialHigh level of accuracy, and aptitude for identifying potential disruptions with travel bookings and rostersExperience with Pronto or similar ERP is desired though not essentialFriendly and professional customer service to both internal and external stakeholdersA team player who can ensure consistent workflow and smooth transitions between rosters and shiftsIntermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and OutlookPrevious experience working with complex rosters will be favourably consideredWhat''s on offerCompetitive remuneration packageVariety of daily tasksBe part of an engaged team and fun working environmentAustralian work rights are required for this position.Successful candidates will be required to pass a full medical, online tests and inductions.If this position sounds like the rewarding role that you have been seeking, please apply and attach a current CV detailing your suitability for the role.Application questionsDo you have data entry experience?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years'' experience do you have as a Site Administrator?Which of the following Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?Are you willing to undergo a preemployment medical check?Do you have experience using Pronto?Do you have a current Australian driver''s licence?Do you have experience in administration?All applicants will be reviewed for shortlisting.
