Full time, fixed term 18 month opportunity with some hybrid flexibility working at North Sydney campus.About The RoleOperating within Payroll Services, the Senior Payroll Services Officer assists with the timely, accurate production and reconciliation of the fortnightly payroll. This involves undertaking and/or reviewing a range of records and processes relied upon for payroll processing, producing organisational reporting and managing workflow to other University systems. The position is responsible for organising and prioritising tasks involved in the cyclical payroll processes from commencement to closure ensuring that processes are completed to support all salaries and payments, superannuation, salary packaging and deduction monies are generated, reconciled and deposited within established deadlines. This includes achieving critical deadlines fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, biannually and annually.
