ADA is looking for 4 Casual Employees for up to 16 weeks located in Thomastown VIC commencing early February 2026. These positions are required from Monday to Friday 6:30am - 2:30pm.Key Responsibilities:Receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods accurately to ensure inventory integrity.Picking and packing orders with attention to detail to meet customer specifications.Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.Conducting regular stock counts and assisting in inventory management to prevent discrepancies.Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently (if certified).Collaborating with team members to optimise workflow processes and improve efficiency.Assisting in loading and unloading delivery vehicles as required.Desired Skills and ExperienceRequired skillsStrong organisational and time management skillsProficiency in inventory management software and systemsAbility to operate warehouse equipment, includingpallet jacks and walkie stackers.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and accuracy in stock handlingBasic computer literacy for data entry and record keepingRF Scanning experience is advantageousRequired experiencesA minimum of 1 year experience in a warehousing or storekeeping roleExperience with stocktaking procedures and inventory control methodsFamiliarity with safety protocols and regulations in a storage environmentPrevious experience working within the defence or apparel industry is advantageousDemonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentRequired Checks:Willingness to undertake a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check.Right to work in AustraliaThe successful candidate will be expected to work effectively within a team, demonstrate strong communication skills, and contribute positively to the workplace culture at Australian Defence Apparel Pty Ltd.
