This is a dynamic role where you will contribute directly to the success of our program''s readiness, training, and reporting activities.As the Enablement Analyst reporting to the Enablement Lead, you will play a handson supporting role crucial to the smooth operation of the Enablement function. Your work will involve tracking key activities, managing data, developing insightful dashboards, coordinating training logistics, and assisting with team reporting. This position is perfect for a datasavvy individual who thrives on juggling multiple priorities and collaborating across different workstreamsPosition ResponsibilitiesReadiness Support:Assist in tracking progress against readiness checklists and criteria across various projects.Maintain and update readiness dashboards, using Power BI to visualise data and provide clear insights into program preparedness.Help coordinate readiness meetings, including preparing materials, distributing agendas, and documenting key actions and decisions.Learning & Training Support:Support the Learning & Training Manager with the coordination and scheduling of programrelated training sessions and learning events.Assist in maintaining training records, tracking course attendance, and collating feedback from participants to help measure training effectiveness. Help prepare and distribute training materials and communications to ensure all participants are wellinformed and prepared.Enablement Team & Reporting Support:Support the Enablement Lead by collating data and inputs for regular team, portfolio, and governance reporting cycles.Provide administrative and coordination support to the wider Enablement team, including organising key meetings, managing team documents on SharePoint, and tracking action items.
