Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role plays a critical part in supporting HR operations, payroll, compliance, and employee relations across Transport, Warehouse, Client Services, and Safety & Compliance teams.This is a fast-paced, confidential role suited to a proactive HR professional who enjoys being hands-on and working closely with operational leaders.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day HR advice and support across the employee lifecycleManage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR administrationProcess end-to-end weekly payroll via Tanda, ensuring accuracy and complianceSupport performance management, employee relations, and workplace culture initiativesMaintain accurate HR and payroll records and prepare reports and metricsEnsure compliance with legislation, awards, company policies, and systems processesQualifications & ExperienceProven experience in HR administration, payroll, or a combined HR/payroll roleStrong knowledge of Fair Work legislation, Modern Awards, and payroll complianceExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong organisational and time-management skillsExperience in transport, logistics, warehousing, or a fast-paced operational environment (preferred)Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalismBenefitsCompetitive salary package availableWork with a well established, family owned Australian businessHands on role with exposure to senior leadershipStable, long term opportunitySupportive, people focused workplace cultureHow to ApplyTo apply, click on APPLY NOW and a member of our dedicated AIM Recruitment Solutions team will be in touch shortly. #J-18808-Ljbffr
