About the opportunityWe''re looking for a reliable and friendly Part-time Bistro Server to join our friendly team at Wests New Lambton.This hands-on role plays an important part in supporting both front and back-of-house operations across our popular dining outlets The Bistro, Patisserie, Emporium, and New Beijing.If you enjoy creating a positive experience for every guest and thrive in a busy, team-focused environment, this is a great opportunity to be part of a supportive workplace where your contribution really counts.What you will be doing:Welcome members and guests with genuine warmth and friendly serviceAssist with food and beverage preparationOperate tills and handle transactions accuratelyClear tables, maintain cleanliness, and support the scullery teamFollow hygiene and food safety standards at all timesThis role requires availability for split shifts across lunch and dinner service, including Friday nights, weekends, and additional weekday availability.About youYou''re someone who enjoys being part of a fast-moving team and takes pride in providing great service.
