Established by Veterans for Veterans, we work collaboratively with established medical and ex-service organisations to provide DVA claims support, Permanent Impairment Assessments, Veteran Review Board (VRB) reports, and ADF Transition Medicals.ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:This is a crossfunctional role providing essential support to our clinical team while delivering accurate, timely information to multiple stakeholders. You will be responsible for appointment and diary management, maintaining positive professional relationships, and providing respectful, welcoming support to our veterans.You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth, professional experience for veterans and their families by delivering accurate information, coordinating care effectively, and maintaining highquality documentation in line with clinical and governance requirements.ABOUT YOU:You are highly experienced with a background in medical administration and are passionate about what you do.
