We deliver better outcomes for members and offer a highperformance environment.New RoleReporting to the Principal Insurance Pricing, the Insurance Pricing Analyst supports technical pricing analysis and stakeholder engagement. The role assists with insurance reporting, product reviews and data analysis to ensure competitive and compliant pricing. The role performs pricing reviews under the Premium Adjustment Model, manages repricing for corporate clients under AustralianSuper Select, and supports the implementation of new pricing.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare competitor comparisons (pricing, terms and conditions)Analyse claims trends and prepare reportingSupport premium changes by updating collaterals and calculatorsCalculate premium erosion levelsSupport the analysis of member needs reportConduct product reviews and analyse insurance data for enhancement and recommendation papersPrepare and review regulatory reportingUndertake actuarial and product research to support initiatives and projectsWhat You''ll NeedStrong attention to detail and analytical capabilityWelldeveloped written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly to stakeholdersA proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively under pressureProven ability to build and maintain strong working relationshipsA bachelor''s degree in actuarial science or a related disciplineStrong technical skills in Excel, VBA and SQLExperience in superannuation, insurance or financial services (desirable)Knowledge of insurance regulation and APRA requirements (desirable)Familiarity with group insurance market trends (desirable)Experience using Power BI (desirable)Life at AustralianSuperWe support ongoing learning, coaching and training, with generous leave entitlements and a blended working environment that can flex.
