Position : Insurance Administrative AssistantJob Duration: Permanent, Full-timeBrief description of Company: Insurance Brokerage (non-life)Hours Required: Australian business hours based upon the time zone of the client, it will be from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. This is a full-time permanent contract, and we are not able to accommodate someone who does VA work for other clients.Description of Job Position: This role is providing administrative support to insurance brokers with day-to-day tasks, including but not limited to data entry, client follow-ups, reporting, debtor managementBasic Monthly Salary: Dependent on experience. Includes HMO, Government Benefits and 13th Month Pay.Location: Home-based, must have a dedicated workspace but must be located within the following areas:National Capital Region / Greater Manila AreaCentral Luzon and Nearby AreasRequirements & Qualifications:Proven experience in insurance administration (non-life), preferably with Australian (AU) experience is a desirable quality but not a requirementStrong understanding of working within setprocesses and systems.Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approachSelfmotivated and proactive with a positive attitudeExperience working remotelyType of person you are looking for: A mature individual, who is able to take direction well and has demonstrated experience learning and working autonomously (remote working).
