OverviewBased at Vantage Maleny this role is responsible for ensuring the facilities at our lifestyle community meet the Vantage standards and expectations of our community. This is a live in position in dedicated Community Caretaker accommodation onsite.ResponsibilitiesManaging or completing day-to-day community maintenance works to ensure community presentation and operations are maintained in line with Vantage standards and budget and legal compliance requirements.
