Landscape Gardener - Vantage Eagleby HedgesWe are looking for an experienced Landscape Gardener to join our beautiful over 50''s lifestyle community located in Eagleby.About the roleBased at Vantage Eagleby Hedges, this role is responsible for ensuring the presentation and cleanliness of all community grounds and common areas are maintained to our high professional standard, supporting a warm and inviting atmosphere for all Homes Owners.In this role some of your responsibilities will be:Maintaining all gardens, lawns, paths and roadwaysMowing and edge trimming of all lawns including residential site frontagesWeeding and weed management of all common areas and groundsGeneral planting and garden maintenance including pruning and mulchingWatering of all common areas and lawnsBasic hedge trimming (below shoulder height) and tree maintenance including general pruningEnsuring all watering systems are installed and operating effectively and as requiredUndertake regular cleaning of external building windows, facades and other infrastructure such as bollards, seats, pathways, roads, benches, handrails, and such according to the operational scheduleSkills and experiencePrevious experience in landscape gardening in a commercial or public environmentExperience in hard and soft landscapingExperience in dealing with end customers in a customer centric mannerIn addition, you will have:Current valid ''class c'' drivers licenceConstruction Industry White CardAbout the businessAVID Property Group (AVID) is an award-winning builder-developer responsible for a diversified portfolio of residential communities in key growth precincts across Australia''s eastern seaboard.
