In addition, you will have:RG146 qualification in superannuation is desirable but not essential;Experience in providing general superannuation advice is desirable but not essential;Proven ability to address member inquiries with empathy and expertise, consistently meeting or exceeding agreed service levels;Follow up diligently to ensure every query is resolved effectively;Identify member needs, offer general advice, or refer member with the next best help when appropriate;Drive member retention through tailored solutions and problem-solving;A genuine passion for customer service and helping others;Experience in a contact centre or customer-facing role (superannuation or financial services experience is a bonus but not required);Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;Intermediate computer literacy and adaptability to change; andA collaborative team player with exceptional communication skills.Employee ExperienceWe understand that not everyone works in the same ways.
