Administration & Supply Chain CoordinatorLocation: Remote, Australia Full time Posted 2 days ago End Date: January 31, 2026OverviewWorking from our distributor business, SA Color in Edwardstown, you will work alongside a team of dedicated staff providing exceptional service in the supply of automotive paints, collision repair consumables and equipment. Reporting to the Business Manager, this position will focus on managing the administrative activities, liaising with suppliers and customers and working closely with Head Office on reviews of product mix, stock levels and service standards.ResponsibilitiesProcessing of orders and invoices and reconciliation of customer accountsCommunicate with Customers and Internal staff regarding backordered stockMaintain debtors to agreed trading terms and management of debtor queriesAccurate and timely reporting of KPIs in line with the company''s reporting packageReceipt & maintain stock (including adjustments) to ensure adherence to SOX requirementsMaintain the supply chain for 3rd Party StockPrepare and complete banking of monies receivedMaintain required office suppliesProcess Supplier Invoices for PaymentMaintain Pricing and make approved adjustments as requiredIdentify and handle customer enquiries completely and accurately and resolve customer complaints and problemsQualifications and ExperienceExperience and understanding in the use of SAP (Preferable)Demonstrated experience in a similar role preferably in the paint, or automotive industryExcellent ability to analyse information and make appropriate decisions and recommendationsOutstanding communication skills both written and verbalBusiness Process Improvements experience will be highly regardedAbility to build effective internal and external networksExperience in financial processesAbout AxaltaAxalta has remained at the forefront of the coatings industry by continually investing in innovative solutions.
