You will support our customers in delivering on their missions, creating a safe and secure world and connecting frontline commands, government partners and allies. This program plays an essential role in ensuring UK security and prosperity.You will drive cohesion across multiple delivery teams, functions and stakeholders to deliver outcomes, acting as the righthand person of the Head of ISS.We are on a mission to transform military space communication services for a new era of challenges, and you will play a critical leadership role in delivering this transformation while maintaining service commitments and inspiring a new generation of talent.Deputy leadership of our technical and service delivery ISS teams, building a strong delivery ethos with collaborative behaviours and positive culture.Safety regulatory compliance and cyber security of our products, services and infrastructure.Ensure appropriate governance and process is in place across the ISS teams, including delegation of technical authority and decisionmaking, compliant with Mission Systems processes.Deliver to our customers and enduser service commitments while maintaining commercial and financial commitments to the Mission Systems sector.Proactively identify new solutions and technologies to improve our capability offering.This role is full time (37 hours per week) and provides hybrid working arrangements with onsite and remote days. You will be required onsite as business needs dictate.Essential ExperienceDemonstrable experience leading highperforming teams with exceptional people skills.Experience in technical delivery, service delivery and business management.Experience in strategic communications, spacebased communications or telecommunications.QualificationsBachelor''s degree in a relevant Business or Engineering discipline or equivalent professional experience. Business Masters degree preferable.Must hold a valid UK driving licence.Security ClearanceThe successful candidate must be a sole UK national who can achieve and maintain a Security Check (SC) clearance for this role.Many positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and trade control restrictions.
