From daily promotions to major events, you''ll be at the heart of it all.Your work here directly contributes to a stronger, more connected communityhelping us fulfil our purpose of Making a Difference for our people and our members.Key ResponsibilitiesVenue Marketing: Take full ownership of marketing and brand identity for allocated venues, including campaign planning, menu promotions, and targeted marketing support.Campaign Management: Develop, coordinate, and execute marketing plans that support Bankstown Sports Club''s strategic goals. Ensure that all marketing initiatives are rolled out accurately on schedule and within budget.Creative Development: Collaborate with the operations, and food and beverage teams on menu development to ensure seamless rollout in alignment with venue branding and business requirements.Content Coordination: Work with the Marketing Manager to maintain an up-to-date marketing calendar and communicate planned activity effectively to key stakeholders.Promotions & Partnerships: Champion key promotional campaigns, member initiatives, sports & community initiatives, coordinating with wider teams for event and venue rollouts when required.Agencies: Brief and manage external agencies for campaigns, design, social media, website, digital, PR, photography, videography, VM, print and promotional materials. Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure projects meet objectives.Campaign Evaluation: Review campaign performance metrics and provide insights to refine future strategies.Event Support: Assist key stakeholders in planning and executing major events and launches for your allocated venues.Visual Merchandising: Oversee agency briefs for visual merchandising, signage and wayfinding to ensure consistent brand presentation across all venues and a seamless customer journey.What We''re Looking ForCreative Mindset: Proven ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing solutions tailored to hospitality and event venues.Outstanding Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to manage internal and external relationships.Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, ensuring that all deliverables meet brand standards and deadlines.Project Management: Effective multitasking, management, and problem-solving abilities to manage overlapping projects and meet deadlines.Collaboration Skills: Ability to work cross-functionally with food and beverage, operations, and agency partners.Qualifications: Bachelor''s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.Ambition and Drive: Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and adaptability to take ownership of projects.Business Acumen: Ability to manage a budget, understand data drivers and analysis results to optimise campaigns.Desirable3+ years'' experience in a marketing or agency roleExperience with creative agency management, including photography and videography coordination.Knowledge of legal and regulatory considerations for marketing, lotteries, and partnerships.Understanding of CRM to develop targeted marketing campaigns.Understanding of social media content capture, best practices and metrics.Comfortable with refreshing website and digital screens.Familiarity with hospitality marketing trends and menu promotion strategies.What We OfferWe''re committed to growing your career and your impact.
