We''re looking for a dedicated Clinical Practice Manager to join our Early Childhood team in Launceston, working directly with families to strengthen connections and build brighter futures.In this full-time role, you''ll lead clinical practice across our early childhood services, ensuring families receive high-quality, evidence-based support when they need it most. You''ll work alongside a committed team who share your values of compassion, respect, and making a real difference in people''s lives.What You''ll DoOperations & Service DevelopmentPromote inclusive practices supporting children''s participation in home, community, and early childhood settingsLead development of early support initiatives grounded in developmental science and ECIA Best Practice guidelinesEnsure clinical principles are integrated in program designs including developmental screening and coaching modelsMonitor service quality using validated tools such as the International Classification of FunctioningDeliver targets in line with NDIS service agreements and guidelinesWorkforce Development & Capacity BuildingDevelop staff capacity through coaching and reflective practice aligned with adult learning principlesLead audits of early support plans to monitor adherence to best practice guidelinesFacilitate communities of practice and peer learning sessionsSupport staff to deliver culturally competent services for diverse familiesSupport coordinators to use developmental screening tools such as ASQ and Pedi-catFamily & Community EngagementChampion family choice, voice, and participation in service design and deliveryDevelop strong partnerships with families, community organisations, and health networksEnsure services are accessible and equitable, particularly for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander familiesWhat We''re Looking ForQualification in Allied HealthCurrent registration with a professional association such as AHPRA, Australian Psychological Society (APS) or Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)Minimum 3 years'' experience working in Early Childhood settingsPrevious experience in coaching staff within Early Childhood settings and programsAbility to build genuine relationships with families from diverse backgroundsCurrent driver''s license and willingness to travel within the regionAbout usWe are proud to be part of the merged care organisation that will be known nationally as BaptistCare.
